Former Blue Tears front-man Gregg Fulkerson finds musical re-birth in his new band, Attraction 65.
Blue Tears was a power rock band, signed to MCA Records in the days of loud guitars and even longer hair.
As the LA music scene turned to Seattle, Gregg and bassist Michael Spears turned to the studio to write songs and work on solo projects.
Gregg first worked on a solo album for ex-Stryper singer Michael Sweet.
He continued to write and prepare for what is now Attraction 65.
The sense of melody in the songs and the style in which they are written is a throw back to the whole 80s melodic genre.
